Better governance in Government; generally seen as the outdated word imaging no improvement as  outcry are not made on the false claim ,after all it is the money of the people and Government is responsible for overall development with reducing financial burden by better planning , restricting the overhead & populist budget , withdrawal of unproductive social  Investment program .

PPP model to be enlarged .Huge Investment in Agriculture sector – multiplying into spectacular Jobs creation to feed the basic need of populace
Industrial Sector, Financial Sector should be given priority on the basis of Green & safe Environment, responsible for growth of local inhabitants through enough job opportunities with insertion of Training, Skill Development and livelihood program.

-          Judicial Procedure to be up-gradated by recruiting more and more Judges at Block Level with certain salary Cap, starting with the age Group of 35. Strict action to be taken on adulteration in food items, Medicines. 5 years rigorous punishment or penalty up to 20 times of the cost of item recovered. 
-          Rampant corruption is checked through continuous raid.
-          Salary Structure to be revised in Private sector – Excess money creates inflation by certain class. Every Individual can keep certain amount of money, asset.
-          India is a rich country, Proper Distribution of money, wealth is to be done. Black or unlisted money assets to be recovered to covert them in Government Property.
-          General Election to be fought on Government funding.
-          Defense to be more open on accounting , Procurement
-          Intelligence to be Strengthen , taking confidence of all section of society
-          Police Department is seen as most corrupt Department – Lot of Improvement including Grievances cell on the atrocities is required.
-          Linking all Departments with Central/State monitor Agency through better use of IT 
-          IT  to be promoted at the lowest level of system  , integrating through Data’s
English as language to be started from lower level in Government schools

Mission: - To advocate and strengthen E.UP through better governance, Infrastructure, tourism, Employment and increase per capita income. Development of E.UP as Industrial/Marketing Hub for Small Scale Industry/Heavy Industry and prevent migration of workforce.
 
Aim: - Declare E.UP as separate State for better Governance and Development.
 
Development Plan: - The organisation will take feedback from local community and suggest government on various issues, programmes and Implementation. Will Bridge gap between Government and Local Community to address the Major /local Problem.
