Mission–
To advocate “PURVANCHAL ” as Separate State .To Advocate for Better governance, Infrastructure, Tourism, Education, Employment so that Populace have better living conditions and opportunities . Development of Eastern Uttar Pradesh as Industrial/Marketing Hub for Small Scale /Heavy Industry and prevent migration of workforce.

Purvanchal Vikas Foundation (PVF) was formed in New Delhi on 2nd Dec, 2009 under Trust Act 1880 vide Registration No 10902 to facilitate and advocate the issue of social and economic development of Purvanchal region – Eastern Uttar Pradesh and support Migrant wage worker residing in Delhi/NCR from the same region or any part of India for better Livelihood and social security.
PVF beliefs that the system is already there, but we need to play the role of catalyst taking the torch ahead with the rural populace .Employment is the other key pressing issue as self employment and skill Development is still far away in the local mindset
It is necessary to demand for Major Industrial enlargement and promoting small scale industry ,self help group or self Employment and Joint farming can be the only remedial method to increase the per capital income to move forward
Education is still in jeopardy, English and computer is not integrated from primary level lacking to connect to New Technology age of the world. Government primary schools are of no use as education level has gone down due to poor attendance of school teachers and students. Proxy teachers are running the show on behalf of actual recruiters. Mid Day Meal Program is draining the social output without further increase in Nutritional level. Students are migrating to English medium private schools .
The same destiny is with Gram panchayat, Proxy candidates, the old dominance Individuals are running the Gram Sabha’s without understanding the consequences and empowerment to common community . PVF is taking-up the issue with Government machinery and stakeholders to minimize menace and play the role of catalyst for better coordination and working in regard to rural Development.
Migrant Workers in Delhi/NCR
Unemployed Youth or old existing manpower migrated from Eastern UP, Bihar or any other part of India for better livelihood in Delhi/NCR. They are uneducated, Drop-out undereducated and lack connect to find better work opportunity or placed for regular employment without any social security. They are in huge numbers .They may be Labours, Rickshaw pullers, Domestic workers or street vendors and need the attention of common community.
PVF is working for them through so that they have better wage, job opportunity, living conditions and covered under social security.
